5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
as you guys know, SARONA design has released its version of the roof wing.
you guys can see it on their website www.sarona.com
it is priced around 300 or so bucks. i feel that it is a tad bit too big for a roof spoiler and that it doesnt necessarily fit in that well with the lines of the car.
NOW, my cousin back in asia pointed out this roof wing that they carry.
it would look like this:
since it is just the front and rear ends of the cars that differ, the roof line is essentially the same and this would fit OUR USDM camrys. this is very similar to WALD roof wings, JP, LEXON, LXMODE etc.
***note: for styling purposes and no claims for "improved aerodynamics"
here's the question: my cousin was asking if there were any interest in these roof wings/spoilers because they flow way better than what we have locally (us/canada). costing would be below the price local retailers sell it for (300or so +tax where applicable).
Woohoo! Another completely 100% useless mod! You know, you guys that like this questionable stuff are just like the BMW 3-series crowd. They also waste money on extra lip spoilers, roof spoilers, wheel center caps, stem valves, etc.

Moky, put me on the list to waste some money...and I would buy the white Camry from the pic as well .
I love this one the best of all the roof spoilers that I have seen. But right now I can't justify spending $300 on that. My 2 month old comes first.
Eric.
oh no, the $300 is the one made by sarona design, a company in USA.
their roof spoiler sticks out a lot and doesn't seem to flow well with the lines of the camry. see the difference?
the one im trying to get for TN'ers is the one i posted in my first post which is below $300 for sure.
