Gen6 Probably beating a dead horse but...

I would like to clear the air by saying while I am a newbie here, I have been looking at this site for about 3 weeks while waiting for my activation email to arrive, so I have read 90% of the threads about OEM navs here. My question maybe have been answered indirectly already.

I have been looking at the OEMvalue.com nav system because they say it's a denso system which manufactures the factory navs for camry. I have read mixed reviews about Oemvalue.com's constumer services etc, but I want to know from those of you who have bought a unit from them if it is a quality product? Also, if you have their unit do you have Viastechs adaptor or Coastaletech.com's lockpick, and how well does that work?

I know you guys are probably pretty stick of this discussion but I just wanted some direct feedback from people who have dealt with OEMvalue and the adapters because I would love for a nav + dvd. Thanks for the help guys. Jkais

You mean a Lockpick from Coastal Electronics? Does not exist for the Gen6 Nav unit.

I didn't know that, but thats good to know! Yeah I have a '08 Se, so I am looking at the OEM nav plus any sort of adapter that I could use to get dvd through the nav. But I'm not to drop that kind of money at OEMvalue if you guys think that the quality isn't there.

Yes, I do.

I never bought anything from OEMvalue - can't help here.
