Need help finding a part for my 09 LE

Hi guys I have an 09 Camry LE v6. Last night both my plates were stolen along with the mounting frames. I've replaced the rear with one of those clear covers, however I am in need of the plastic frame that fits on the front bumper. It's about 1" thick and is countered to fit the front of the bumper piece (in which the license plate is screwed in).

Can anyone point me in the right direction in terms of a part # and where I can order it? I'm in Toronto so they need to either be local or ship to Canada. I asked my dealer but he's asking $113 for this piece which sounds extremely ridiculous for what amounts to a cheap piece of plastic

I did find this: (part #13)
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...13&catalogid=2
but I'm not 100% sure if that is curved to fit the bumper. Does anyone know?

Thank you for your help.

It is slightly curved from top to bottom. Take a look at this thread.

Will you be able to put your frame on the bracket? Mine wouldn't fit, so I had to return it.

If you are talking about the frame that has the dealer's name on it, I didn't get that on the front. Just the rear.
I did see a Prius at the dealership that had sort of a half bracket (that looked like this)so that the plates wouldn't touch the bumper. The Prius had the dealer frame on the plates.
Also the 09 Corolla comes with the front bracket installed, atleast at the dealer I went to.

I'm very sorry I honestly did not see the link..my mind just interpreted the url as part of the image of your Camry. I was just looking at the part number.

Thank you everyone for your help. That is indeed the part I need.
