Has anyone had any dealings with Ken? I have a TRD limited edition emblem on order and has been, to my knowledge sent out 6 weeks ago, I have tried 3 to 4 times to e-mail ken with no reply has anyone else had this issue before?

Ken is extremely hard to get a hold of but he has always replied to my emails. I did have one issue with the shipping of an item but he was able to fix the problem. He also uses AIM so you can try contacting him on there. Good luck.
Thank you for your reply TRD-98TT. I still have not heard anything back from him. $100 is quite a lot of money and I think I may have just lost it... I did it through pay-pay... is there a way to look into seeing if I can get it back? Is there a time limit? I’m new at this lol, sorry if I’m an inconvenience. Its just that I don’t like paying for something that I don’t get, as I think everybody would.

You can put in a claim through paypal but it has to be within 30 days. You can read up about the process on the paypal site. Good luck.
