Gen5 Need Opinions on New Grille (Pics) yay or nay on the badge?

I just finished replacing the mesh on my RS grille and i cant decide whether to solder the toyota emblem on or not. What do you guys think?? yay or nay on the emblem
Please keep in mind these pics were taken with the grille not bolted on but just resting against the hood, just to give a general idea what each style looks like.

with the badge

without the badge

I like without the emblem though because that emblem is too big for the grille. Only if you can find a smaller emblem then it would be perfect.

A smaller emblem would look better.

I'd say with the RS emblem....

Definately smaller toyota emblem. And on the subject, anyone know where you can get the toyota emblem with the big horns?

says the guy who bought mesh from home depot... LOL just kidding with u. You just posted in my thread where I was asking where to buy mesh after you posted in this thread with the mesh already bought and installed.

the RS grille is the best looking grille by far for the gen 5, except for the genuine sportivo which is impossible to find, so if you don't like it scrooyoo!! just kidding!

your gen 6 looks nice btw.

you read my mind exactly lammy. Unfortunately my wife is a big toyota fangirl and refused to let me drive the car without the toyota badge of honor, so i took the middle ground.

Instead of soldering on the emblem i glue gunned it on so it could be removed easily without damaging the mesh. In the meantime I'll be shopping around for the perfect emblem.

My next challenge will be figuring out how to get my black housing headlights to match the chrome grille when i bolt them on. Thinking about chrome eyelids.

in my opinion, because the car is that color, I'd just get the black RS grill and call it a day.

do you mean paint it black? there is no black RS grille that I know of. As far as I know they all come chrome with crappy see-through black mesh.

I like how blue and chrome look together but If I were to paint it I would paint it with stock blue body paint for the sportivo look.

ive seen the rs grill painted black before at least i believe it was painted black looks much better than the chrome ones depending on the color of your camry but the blue and chrome actually goes pretty good together
