Newbie - Keypad Entry? & Pull to Left?

Hi All,

I am a newbie here. I just purchased my Camry SE 2009, yesterday and I have noticed a couple of things.

I would like to add a keypad so that I can lock my keys in the car. Does anyone know of an after market or Toyota product that I can buy?

Gripe!
My car pulls to the left. I have read many other posts about this, but could not figure out if Toyota was suppose to have fixed this or not in the 2009's. How is everyone else coping or fixing with this? (BTW, my steering wheel is not straight, it is canted slightly to the left when the wheels are straight.)

Thanks y'all, I am looking forward to being a member here.

Locking your keys IN the car? I don't think that's a good idea my friend.

For the pulling + steering wheel is not ALLIGNED with the wheel, it's the allignment. Since you just got the car, take it back to the dealer.

I would love to be able to lock my keys in my car when I park and go running, especially in the mornings before PT (I'm in the Army). My friend has keypad entry on his old Explorer and I'll admit I'm a bit jealous.

Definitely get your alignment checked, and as stated make the dealership take care of it since you just purchased the vehicle.

I'm in love with my '09 Camry SE, congrats on the purchase.

An easier solution would be to put the plastic key in your pocket and leave the rest in the arm rest. I know my alarm auto-locks.

Probably wouldn't even feel the weight.

You hit the nail on the head! I went from having a vehicle that had a keypad (that I bought and installed) and that was the primary reason for using it. It was such a great convenience when I went running, at the beach, or any time when carrying my keys was not practical and IF my keys were ever locked inside my car, then NO PROBLEM, just enter my code and I'm in!

There are many more reasons but I won't bore the forum.

Does anyone know where I can pick one up for the Camry (2009) ?
