Hey guys. well my 03 xle (2.4l) and just hit 57,000 miles, im not going to lie i push my baby a lot hitting well over 100 mhp evey day. i do change the oil evey 3,000-5,000 miles use fule injectors evey so often. what you would guys suggest to do to keep my baby running nice?
Are you on top of performing the regular schedules maintenance? Since you haven't hit 60K I believe most of the major work is ahead, although a coolant flush, and possibly a transmission flush may be in order. Have you been replacing your air filter and cabin air filter?
Your best bet is to read the owners manual, it should tell you what service needs to be done and at what intervals. If not, you can get it free online.

Car car.
I use my fuel injectors every single time I drive my car.
You hit well over 100 MPH every day? Don't worry about maintenance, you'll be in jail for killing someone soon because you drive like an idiot.
Do everyone else in the world a favor. Drive into some trees at well over 100 MPH.

Someday I will list my mods here
I'm pretty young, compared to some owners here, and I can say I used to drive like I was on crack cocaine, with TRD VVTI pouring hot, melting chocolate on my chest while dribbling down the sides of my perfectly sculpted abs.
No use in driving fast, its just going to get you tickets or worse, kill someone. Just drive normally.
As for your car maintenance, you can do a search here, theres TONS of great information on what you need to do. For your car, not very much as of now. But yes, do a search.

I'm not gonna be like some old lady telling you how to drive. Because you wouldnt listen anyway. But if you have to drive that fast, you need tires that can take 100 mph on a 110 degree day. So if you dont already have tires rated for that speed (ask TRD VVV what the nomenclature is, i forget) i'd upgrade soon unless you like crashing. (And change your transmission fluid often too.)
