AUX port addition to 2005 Camry with factory non-JBL stereo.

I want to add AUX or RCA connector to my stereo so that I could connect either the generic MP3 player (3.5mm stereo plug) or my Motorola Q9c phone via a 2.5mm stereo plug, so I shall need both 2.5mm and 3.5mm to RCA cables
It looks like there are at least 5 adapters that can be connected to the supposedly existing CD changer connector on the back of the factory unit.

One clearly has additional connector for steering wheel control connection, others I am not sure.
Price wise, they run from 60 to 100 + installation.

SoundGate AUXTOY1V3 with cable $100
PAC iPAC-TOY $115
PAC AUX-BOX2 $60 + needs $7.99 PAC AB-TOYX cable
Blitzsafe TOY/AUX DMX V.2 $80
Grom Audio (off EBAY) $63
PIE Precision Interface Electronics TOY-AUX $70

1. What’s community experience and opinions about the above adapters? I.E What should I buy?
2. I recall that power output to AUX and headset are not the same -will there be enough signal “going out” so that I shall not have to raise volume above the usual “28...30”?
3. Will it matter if I shall run better quality (22 gage) RCA cables to the arm rest and then use the 2.5mm into 2xRCA cable that will have thinner wires for sure or just run thin 6 feet 2.5 into RCA cable to have neater but less universal setup?
4. What if I use cheap (probably 24GA) RCA cables?

Many thanks for the forthcoming community wisdom
