Gen5 Remote Start-Up Problem

Hey guys, i have a problem regarding my 2003 Toyota Camry. So i've got an Astra A-4002 Remote Starter and Alarm Combo installed on my car 2 years ago. And the problem arises today.

So, when i was trying to start my car with my remote, the problem is it failed to start. Like the car can detect that i did start it on my remote, and it did start...but it never sparked (meaning, it did try to start, but it just failed to start up successfully). I've tried it several times and the problem still exists. The thing is, it's just like constantly hold the key to start the engine and never let go, then afterwards the engine just shuts off automatically. But on my remote control it tells me my car have started.

Anyone have any ideas what went wrong here? hardware problems or setting problems? -thanks. BTW, my keyless entry works normally, but the engine starter is the problem, won't work for some reason. It'll ignite but won't spark and start the engine. Thanks for all the reponses!

have you tried starting the car regularly? if it starts up fine with the normal key in ignition. then it has something to do with the wiring of the alarm. maybe something became loose..
