Catch up maintenance

I have recently acquired an 03 Camry. Any recommendations on for sure things to have done to get the maintenance caught up. Also what would cause the brakes to be grabby while braking over small bumps.

Thanks

How many miles, what kind of engine, did you acquire any type of maintenance records?

Brake problem: grabby brakes can be from anything. my guess being that car is 5yrs old might be from either loose or incorrect pads.

Also the search bottom is very helpful.

update

Update:
engine: 4 cyl.
91,000 miles
Here are the things that I think stand out that I have record of that have been done to the vehicle. I know it isn't much. Or that detailed of records.
03/2004 - alignment, front brake rotors resurfaced/turned.
10/2004- steering/suspension checked
10/2005- steering/suspension checked
12/2005- manufacturer rec. maint. done., 4 wheel alignment, transmission fluid flushed, air filter replaced, tires rotated, battery replaced, front brake rotors resurfaced.

Also, 2 times I have noticed when stopped at a stop light with my foot firmly on the brake, the pedal sinks in a couple inches after a minute or two. Does this mean air in lines, worn out brakes, master cylinder malfunction. I will use the search function. I can probably read up on this in the car a manual, but if any of you have any suggestions thanks.

Manufacturer recommended maintenance done? What mileage? What maintenance?

You really need to post more information.

Look up the maintenance schedules yourself and check against what's actually been done. There's a link in the "Newbies please read before posting!" sticky at the top of the forum.

The Gen 5 Camry is known to have soft feeling brake pedals.
