5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and new to the Camry. I have an '07 SE V6 and I couldn't be happier.
The previous owner attached chrome door pillars and handes. I'm on the fence on whether or not they should stay. If I do decide to remove them, what's the best/safest method? It looks like its double sided tape.
chrome doesnt stand out too badly so it looks ok and btw i'm not a chrome fan
I'm not a huge fan of chrome, either. I picked it up as is w/the TRD wheels, TRD air filter and the chrome pillars/handles. It also has woodgrain intererior but no Nav or leather. I'll post some more pics when I get in a chance in the next day or so. I spoke to the service manager about the history and it had HID's but they removed them and put back the stock headlights to make it "certified" pre-owned.
Nice over all. yes you are a little too late to jump on the band wagon. My Camry is 2 years old. lol Everything on mine is still OEM except for the HID headlights. I'm somewhat needing a new set of tires.. about to hit 50K miles on the ODO.
