i recommend you just buy the intake in autozone, pepboys or kragen, and just diy, its easier and cheaper
rob a bank then follow my two instructions.
If you don't have money for the SRI, don't go pepboys and do it. I'd rather go for the drop in filter. I'm sure a bunch of people would agree thats the best/safest way to go if you don't have money for SRI.

so let me get this straight, i need to buy 2 hks cans for my dual stocks & have someone weld it on to my stock mid pipes? would it matter if i got the 120mm vs the 170 mm? would it stick out at the bottom or out? would like to get these but dont want to mess it up by ordering them & have it, lets say scrape or look awkward on the car.
as far as the intakes goes, i was looking for something asides from the k&n. not sure how the CAI would do in a state like MA in the winter time. leaning towards aem but they do not have it for my car.
thanks for replying though. i'll check out that website
If you don't have the money for both, you would be better off saving the $200 from the K&N typhoon series, and instead get the drop in filter. On the same subject, the OEM filter isn't too bad to begin with.
And yes, you would need 2 mufflers for the v6. You might be better off looking at several of the members who have them on their own cars and ask them for pics.
