I recently had the rubber portion of my wiper blades changed because they were making a squeaking sound when i had them on as if there wasn't any water on the windshield now i notice the same problem with the new refills on my 06 Camry is there any way to cure the squeaky wipers?

Is there water on the windshield? I dont mean sprinkles. I mean actual raining and not drizzling. If its not raining hard or if there is not a lot of water, dont put on wipers. If you need to clean it, just use the wipers once.
Have you tried changing the whole wiper blades with new ones? Not just change the inserts, I always change the whole set, it's almost the same price anyway. No squeaks rain or dry.

Actually the blades are quite expensive thats why i only changed the inserts.

I used to do the same thing with my old Corolla, changing the inserts only, then I got tired of it. So now I just went to Pepboys and get the blades for about $25 a pair, the inserts are about $10 a pair. Plus the time it takes me to install them, I think it's worth it to buy a complete set.
I bought the Triple Blade brand for my dad's car and it squeaked.. he got so annoyed that he went and buy a new 1.
I thought his windshield probably just too dirty/sticky. So I went and bought another 4 my car. It did the same. Than amazon had a sale buy 2 get 1 off deal and it wasn't Triple Blade brand so I bought 2. No more squeaking after that.

Morel of the story, Triple Squeak.
After the first one, you thought his windshield was too dirty/sticky?
So you bought some more for your car?
What did you think or do about the dirty/sticky windshields????
Clean the windshield with windex and a mild dish washing scrub pad. Not a Brillo, a pad that looks like a clth but with a rougher surface. This will remove the tar and oil so the wipers will move easier. If you replaced just the refill, make certain all the metal holder (that thin metal piece) is seated in the refill. Sometimes the metal will hit the glass at some point. The best wipers I found were Valejo sold at Tire Rack. Absolutely the best. And I think there is a 2 for 1 sale there. The worst are those triple blades. Too hard.
As you can see, the Weatherbeater is straight. The Latitude is curved and curves with your windshield. The Weatherbeater is great and works well but wanted to know if anyone used the Latitude.
