4. TRD radiator cap
5. 4pt brace(depending if its good) + new STB
5. Got some e46 projectors laying around so retro maybe?

A front strut bar probably helps less then a rear sway bar. A lot of people actually say that a rear sway bar usually is a much more noticeable difference. The front strut bar does very little if anything to help handling, it's more effective during hard cornering you could say.

I've ordered Tanabe Medallion Exhaust already, that's up next on my list.

I have the Whiteline RSB and I noticed quite the difference after installing it. I can take on/off ramps at ~50 MPH where I used to be going 30. According to their documentation, their 20mm RSB is 144% stiffer than the stock 16mm bar. I installed my front tower brace before the RSB and there was no noticeable difference from stock.

Edit: No lowering springs either; with those I probably wouldn't need to brake to make turns. :P
