Outside air temperture sensor

Could someone tell me exactly where the outside air temperture sensor is located on the 07? Can it been seen without removing anything. Yes, I have searched but came up emtpy.

You should be able to see it thru the lower bumper cover opening.

Near the radiator bottom in the center.............

The search took about 1 minute.........

Actually, I checked Owner's Manual. I have it on my computer and did a search a nothing.
