the lock would not turn

Hi, my new 2009 camry LE bought 40 days ago. today after I started my car, drive 50 yard and realize that I forget something at home. so I stopped and went back for 5 minutes. then when I try to restart my car, the lock would not turn at all. I tried other function on the remote key, like door open and door lock and the trunk open. they all works. is the chip on my key dead or I accidentally pushed the alarm button on my key or is it something else?

Sounds like the steering wheel lock. Turn the wheel to the left or right while you turn the key.
