Unhappy Is there a reason why???

Is there a reason why just about every other model of toyota gets a Sub forum for each GEN, EXCEPT Camry? I mean the Gen 5 is NOTHING like the Gen 6.

Did I miss something at the beginning of class?

Charles

I agree with you, Charles. It is pretty stupid to do it, in my opinion. There has even been a poll whether to do it or not. I think Gen 5 owners are so in love in Gen 6 that they just can't let it go and be separated.

we will not split the camry generations any more than they have been split...originally, there was just one general camry section for all gens, now theyre broken up into groups of two....noone says they have to be similar, this just keeps things organized...there are alot of similarities between the gen 5 and 6 beneith the skin, just like the gen 3-4 are also similar beneith the skin.
i like having gen 5 and 6 together personally....you get a different mix of people responding and different perspectives from different camry owners....
as far as i know, it will stay the way it is.

Gen5

i like the gen 6 but it is not a reason for keeping them together...id like to see seperate photo threads but i agree keeping them together helps get more answers. minus the looks and they are very similar.

Take a look at the poll I made a while back: Do you think the Gen 5 and Gen 6 sections should be separated?

I like them together though, what I would really like is if people use the GEN 5/6 icons for each thread though, because when someone says something like "starting problem...", we have no idea what year it's for.
