Well I guess while you guys are still helpin me decide on rims im deciding to get some HID's as well. Should i get the 6500k from XenonDepot.com, or the 6000k from Xtralight.com?
my cousin got the 6500k for his IS350 from xenondepot and it looks really good...but the only thing we didnt like about it was that the temp of the bulb makes the projector have a purple tint. Im waiting for him to get the 5000k to see how it looks then i'll order mine. i'd go with the lower temp.

let me know what the 5000k looks like. i was gonna get the 5000k but my halo's have a blue hue to em so i figured i'd get the 6000k-6500k.
since you got a blue tint with the halo's...DONT GET THE 6500K. my cousin has LEDs in the highbeam/drl (ill be getting them too) and it has a lil blue tint to it too. the 6500k is purple next to the LED. thats why hes getting the 5000k.
my eyes bleed everytime i see this one dodge ram with HID's in his headlights AND fogs, they have to be atleast 6000k...also a mini van has them in stock hallogen headlights
b4 the retrofit i got 6000k from www.xenonking.com and i loved it, +1 w/ the whole bad weather u cant see sh-- thing hahaha but down here in TX, we hardly get any bad weather hahah
iono how much xenondepot is selling their kits but i was checking out www.xenonking.com or www.xenonpros.com n i got McCulloch brand, Phillips FTW if u have the extra cash to throw around haha
but Id recommend 5000k to 6000k, 5500K is nice too

You know, anything more than 6000K will make your eyes bleed at night. On a rainy night, forget it.
I would recommend 4300K from XenonDepot.
I did get the 43 but it was too close to OEM. Put in the 5k right now. Looks better. I agree during rain you can't see much. The light bounce right off the road. So can only see what is directly reflected during rain. O well, I have my fog light and if needed, high beam to tell every1 to watch out for me.
