i bought these cheap interior LEDs from walmart (yeah yeah lol) that you can stick right onto your dashboard illumnating the radio/console just for looks. got it all done and i plugged her right into the jack and no lights, nothing! then i grabbed another little light i had for those jacks and that didnt work either (ive tried it on a dif car and it works) all i could think of is nothings illuminating because of a weak battery maybe? but the battery was just replaced a couple months ago or less.

So..... check ALL the fuses. If you can't see any that look bad, replace them one at a time with a new one. When you find a bad one, replace it with the same size. Make sure to turn the key on with each test!
If the jack you are talking about is the cigarette lighter, plug a phone charger into it and see if it works. If it works, the lighter is not blown and no point in checking fuse.
He said he tried another lite in there and it didn;t work either.
Well he said "another little light". For all we know, he could of bought 2 sets. The first one didnt work and the 2nd set didnt work. Seriously, if people are asking for help, give the proper information and name to parts. If its a cigarette lighter, dont say jack. For all we know, it could be AUX or something even though he said YES to the first two questions asking if its cigarette lighter.
sorry, im pretty sure its a blown fuse or two. ill have to replace them, thanks guys
Is it possible for me to just buy a whole set of fuses? where can I get a complete if thats possible? links? thanks for the help, sorry if its a dumb question ive already searched too.

Most cell phone charger does have a little LED on it to indicate that it gets power. So if that led on the cellcharger is on, than nothing wrong with Ur fuse (for that cig lighter). And most car voltage is 12V, so check on the packaging of that light you bought see if it's made for 12V DC.
