... other left hand drive countries in Asia also sell the Aurion as Camry (like China)....and have these moldings in wood or like on the picture above.
The Chinese Camry is left hand drive and has the same exterior and interior as the Australian Aurion. The Middle East Aurion is left hand drive and has the same exterior as the Australian Aurion but the interior matches that of the American Camry...go figure!!!

To answer you question...you would have to look at the South East and Far East markets for that. Or you could make your own
i see the HVAC controls are white... interesting... doesn't go well with the rest of the interior
That's actually the same as the XLE dual-zone auto climate system HVAC. No difference there.
As for the silver bits, there are many "dash kits" that have pieces like that, and many of those give you the option of just about any finish you'd prefer. Go check 'em out!
