its a pretty easy and straight forward removal... try and down load a service manual... if the bumper cover is dimpled, but the paint is still good, heat the inside of the bumper with a torch, and you can massage out the dimple...

Very cheap so I doubt if it's OEM.

How is the paint job guaranteed to be a perfect match?

but very inexpensive............

u can get away with using a torch... hairdryer will take forever to heat the material in order for it to be pliable...

however, njeralds warning is applicable... use extreme caution... if it gets too hot, it will start to melt, and the paint will bubble...

the way i did it, was with quick passes, over the area, and with each pass, i applied pressure to see if the material was becoming pliable (i was wearing thick leather gloves while testing for pliability...

edit: i just looked at the picture... if you want it to look perfect go a head and replace... but heating it and pushing it out, will get the dent out... but the paint damage will still be there....
