By any chance, does this only happens when it is in the morning 'ish' and/or cold?

If so, its normal

Is it steam or smoke? If it's steam this is normal on cold mornings from the cat converter. If it smells like smoke (oil burning) then you have an engine problem (rings or valve stem seals).

If it's from burning oil than the smoke would continue right? And 2nd start would produce the same "smoke" right?

Look like it's water condensation so it's normal. Nothing to worry about.

the smoke only happen in cold start. it could be in the morning or afternoon. if i use the car and then turn it on for second time, it will not happen. usually it happens the next day when i turn on the car for the first time that day.
is this normal?

Try the "Newbies please read before posting!" sticky at the top of this forum.

You are started threads on topics that are frequently covered and just adding to the clutter.

Your problem sounds like valve seals. It's common on vehicles that aren't properly maintained.
