Talking 2009 Camry XLE- Air conditioner noise

Hi,

I am a relatively new member on this forum. Bought a 2009 Camry XLE (V6 ) a couple of months back.

While cooling I sometimes feel some noise within the cabin coming from the AC. The noise is noticeable in the front cabin with moderate volume of the music. I am not sure if this is normal or I should get it checked from my dealer.

Thanks in Advance!

??? I guess you are not referring to the change in fan noise when you keep it on auto A/C? Anything rattling or strange vibrating...take it to the dealer and demonstrate it to the tech before you drop the car off.

What does the noise sound like? A blowing sands noise or something? Cause mine sounds like sands got stuck inside when the A/C is blowing high.

Gen6

If it's a static sound coming out of the drivers side vent, maybe your Plasmacluster is working................

On low fan speed setting, it is sometimes possible to hear the freon circulating through the expansion valve, It sounds a bit like air escaping under pressure or sometimes like water running through a pipe.

Is this what you are hearing.

Probably this might best describe it. I'll see if this happens only when the AC is blowing high.

...that would be the first report that this thing actually exists and works.

Reverse feedback oscillators have been known to cause problems. I'd have that checked right away. Blinker fluid reservoirs were eliminated on your model.
