i finally got my rims! they are 17x8 wrapped in kumho ecsta supra 215/45/zr17, very happy with them , now i just need to get my h&r springs installed

::UPDATE::

I switched out the kumho's and replaced them with the OEM tires, and i'll be bringing my car to my mechanic next week to put in the H&R's
.... also took a few random pictures while i was shooting the tire gap after pictures

Indeed they look very very small. Even the stock 17's dont have that big of a wheel gap.

That should be a 55 profile not 45 on a 17s.

Granted, the tires is smaller but with the BBS on the car, it looks like the car is on those mini-donuts. Just looks weird in my opinion. I guess we'll have to wait and see with the drop.

on this shot, it doesnt look too small actually. they look like 17s (that is of course if you dont really look at the wheel gap).

..your car is lowered now already...just not the usual way ;-)

Rims look good - not feeling the choice of sizes on both rims and tires. Big drop got to be on the to do list now.

i had the same problem. 17s from my cousin's car with 45 profile tires. too low for the camry. i say you switch to ur stock tires and drop it, it'll hide the gap

i think 17's look small on an 07 camry

I have BBS RK's also, and really like mine.

I'm sure that they'd look much better with properly sized tires.

Why would you go from the stock 215/55/17 to 215/45/17???

Your speedometer is off by 6%, which means at 60mph you're really going somewhere around 56mph.

should get 225/50/17's if you want to fill the gap nicely -- that's what I ride on, if I lower my car even more it'll be 235/45/17 just for a bigger foot print.
