I purchased a kit from xenondepot on the 20th and they still have not shipped my order. Every time I talk to them they give me an excuse why it didn't ship. I am ready to cancel my order. Does anyone know of any high quality xenon kits? I dont want anything that will break. Thanks

apexcone. running them for about a year. havent had a problem.

Yes the reason I bought from them was I heard alot of good things. Everytime I call them or email them they give me a ship date and it passes. For example my HID's were supposed to ship out last friday as promised in an email. When I called them friday they said they were moving there warehouse and would be back Tuesday. They wouldnt pick up phone or anything. Tuesday rolls around and they dont ship. I call them and they give me some crap about Customs said they will ship Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday they dont ship either. They were supposed to ship Thursday(today) and they didnt. I am really ready to just cancel the order but I cant get in touch with anyone there.

Thanks. I just checked and xenondepot already charged my cc. I need to get in touch with them to cancel(hard to do). I am going to order the apexcones if they dont ship tomorrow.

I second Apexcone, I got a kit from them and its great.

However, they did take a while to ship it, but I did get it. Just gotta call them everyday until you get them to ship it in front of you on the phone

kit and quality dont got together.

i have had my boxter s projectors and 3 series ballest for about 3 years, i put 3 hours a day 5 days a week on them(night shift) and never had a prob.
oem is the way to go.

I have had xenondepot xtreme kit for 1.5 yrs now but if you look for alternative check out clublexus (search for mobilehid since they have a GB going on). I don't know if I can add a link here.

Well guys good news. After 12 days my kit has shipped! Thanks for all the suggestions. Whoever is interested in an HID kit can look here for suggestions.

Interesting, most people will tell by experience if a shop is good or not. I called these folks Xenon Depot sometime last year about their site and how it related to KB Carstuff Auto website etc. They couldn't even tell me the differences between xenondepot.com and kbcarstuff. I live in the GTA area and wanted to purchase them. I gave my name and cell# for confirmation of price and availability and no reply. From there I just let this company go. I'm very very suprised you even get a product from a company that never returns your phone call. 12 days, of waiting, is just not acceptable with no call backs. Would never do business from a company like that.

Oh yes, did pick up my HIDs for my Camry XLE from another source, cheaper and they are just running mighty fine ! Thought I'ld like to flame before the long weekend, not sure why, but I keep on hearing great things about this company, and then hear a bad apple experience.

I had good experience with them. Stay in contact with Steve on here. Everything work out fine. I hope it last longer my previous HID kit from elsewhere.
