Gen5 OEM wheel width

i have 15" OEM steel wheels. im jus wondering if an aftermarket 15" wheel (of any reputable brand i.e. Montegi, Enkei, etc) would have a wider width than OEM.

jus wondering, becuz im thinkin of doing a swap, keeping the wheel size the same. i know u may think im crazy for not plus sizing, but i like the ride of the taller tires.

Gen5

thnx 4 the info. if stock width is 6.5", can i only use aftermarket wheels that are 6.5" wide? or can i use 7" also?

one more question, this might sound dumb. but im assuming with the same diam wheel swap, will PSI be same as OEM (which is 29 PSI front and rear).

I think you are crazy for not using the English language. Are they charging you by the letter to use that keyboard?

BUT... the factory steelies on mine were 6.5" wide. Most A/M wheels are going to be 7 inches or wider.

EDIT: You can use a 7 inch wide wheel and use your old tires - no problem.
