Gen6 DIY - Strut Bar

Tools: Need 14MM socket, handle and torque wrench.

1. Park car on a level spot and open hood.

2. Remove 2 nuts on each strut.

3. Drop strut bar over the bolts and replace nuts.

4. Tighten to 63 ftlbs.

5. Close hood and put tools away.

Took about 20 minutes total.

The bar may have to be loosened to remove the brake cylinder reservoir cap for adding fluid.

Nice Powder coating........

I will road test on the twisties going to golf tomorrow.

I'm not being a jerk it called the truth. Honestly, stupid questions get stupid responses.

Its not that hard to miss the thread. Its on the first page. njerald posted another DIY thread on the rear sway bar and also mentioned where he got it from.

I'll respond where its needed. I was helpful enough to tell you the brand it was and what thread. If I was an asshole or jerk, I would of told you to SEARCH or read the stickied thread on top of the forum for newbies...but I didnt.
