JBL Stereo Question

OK, all of you Camry stereo gurus. I posted this on the Corolla forum as well.
I am trying to keep the factory head unit to keep all of the factory otions usable (JBL system.) I have put in an aftermarket 5 channel amp using a Memphis 6 IX interface device. Amp plays well - definately added some volume and thump to my car. Here is the problem - when using the Bluetooth with my phone, I can barely hear the other person - the radio mutes as usual, but very little voice from the phone. They can hear me just fine. I suspect the wiring from the factory radio for the Bluetooth audio signal is not connected to the 6IX or the new amp. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the wiring of the JBL amp, inputs and outputs?? Any help on this would greatly be appreciated. This is a '09 Corolla S by the way. I think the wiring would be the same as the Camry radio, too.
