I have the non-nav JBL system, i am going to change out the speakers, add some amps, etc, all while keeping the factory head unit. Can someone please tell me what all of the plugs are for on the back of the radio, and why are there two antennas, and what color the speaker wire for each speaker is, so i may input the speaker wire into a line output convertor.
the other plug under the antenna is for the speed sensor that adjusts the volume level with the speed of the car. When you install a aftermarket radio this plug will not be used
Thanks DrewsCam, that answers one of my ?. And my aftermarket Apline is essentially the same and the factory except the alpine doesnt have a 6 disk mp3 changer and does not have bluetooth. So instead of buying a new Alpine, i am sticking with the factory.
i did a search through the 7 pages and did not come up with anything. If someone could provide a link that would be great. Maybe y'all out there are better at the search function than I.
