How would you fix this?(pictures)

ok let you what happened real quick

was getting my ting re-done, but they wanted me to clean my window first.
so I started to back up and I hit a hook that you drag a boat from. Made a really bad scratch or dent or whatever it is now and I really don't want to replace my rear bumper for that one scratch.
My friends tell me to either
-lie to the insurance company
-go to a body shop and see what they can do
or try to do it myself

I really don't like lying to people. So to me that's kind of out of the question.
I'm not sure how much the body shop will cost to repair it.
and i have no clue how to do it myself.

Any tips or suggesting?

i guess on the brighter side what do you think about these rims?

my friend added the drop to it so i know what my car would look like over a period of time.

thanks for the advice guys.

That will work to cover some of the black that is showing. However, it wont fix the fact that you have paint bulging out.

Body shop would probably remove the bulging parts, sand it down, paint over it and put clear coat.

Try to make the dents as nice as possible and apply some glue into it to smoothen it out.. than apply the touch up paint.

Most ppl have glue lay around their house till dry.. here is a good use for it and cheap too. And of cause if he do it right, it will be just as good.

I don't have 3Mxxxx around my house... well except the 3M tape which wouldn't work.
