Alignment - anything special at the dealer?

2002 Camry XLE, 4 cyl.

I have no idea as to when it was last aligned.

Got it certified used 2 yrs ago. .Since put 21 K miles, have 70 K now. I don't see any obivious issues with steering pulling left or right etc.... but do feel that tires are wearing perhaps faster and the steering auto centering seems a bit weak.

Is it worth doing the 4 wheel alignment at the toyota dealer over someother shop? Do they have any special equipment etc?

Dealer seems to charge $89, but might wait for coupons for $69.

An alignment for the sake of an alignment isn't a necessity but it won't hurt anything. (except maybe your pocketbook) Dealers like to "recommend" them. Alignment problems are usually the result of hitting something. It can also be affected by worn suspension parts. Once the worn parts are replaced, an alignment is usually done. Your car isn't old enough (or high mileage enough) to have much wear at this point, so unless you are having a pull or really odd tire wear, I'd say you are OK for now to keep driving.
