How is the Bluetooth on the JBL stereo

Does anyone have experience with the bluetooth on the JBL 6CD stereo?
I am looking at a 2009 SE and wonder if the bluetooth works well for the phone.

Thanks!

Mine too...(but I don't have the JBL 6CD but the JBL with NAv and 4CD - probably the same Bluetooth setup)

Using it with Blackberry 8830 and LG slider (a 4-band import from Asia)

I'm with Tobeit. I have BT with my JBL 4CD with Nav. I'm using it with my LG Voyager. No problems with it at all.

I have used a RAZR and a ROKR and people have complained that it is hard to hear me or that it sounds weird. I feel that I have to shout in order to use it. And when I'm on the highway, forget about it, I can't talk loudly enough. Overall I don't recommend it unless you want the upgraded stereo aspect (which I don't think is that great either).

I used my BT with all windows down driving on the highway going 65-70 and no problems. I had to talk a little louder but they heard me fine. I sometimes roll up my window a little more than half way just so I can hear them better.

I've had the same exact complaints with two different brands of phones and two different wireless carriers. Even when I speak toward the microphone people say its not loud enough. I'm not impressed.

Works great with my wifes Razor and even better with my Blackberry Pearl. People are shocked that I'm calling them from my car.

I assume you're being sarcastic like normal, but I've had the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder and the 6 is MUCH quieter on the highway. Regardless, it's not my opinion of how I sound, it's the people I call (or receive calls from). My wife actually REFUSES to talk to me over the BT--I have to disconnect it she dislikes it so much.

One other thing I didn't see anyone mention is the "lag" when talking. If someone is talking and I start talking, they get cut off (meaning I can't hear them anymore even though they are talking). And it takes about 1 second to start hearing them after I stop talking. This is very "disorienting" since talking becomes a chore...

The BT works very well with my Samsung A640. And overall, I like the JBL 6-disc unit in my SE. For a factory system, it sounds very good.
