so yeah.... couple days ago. i parked my car in front of a shop and i came back like 3 hours later and couldnt beleive it... freaking ARGHH
cant believe it.
i wanna go lower but my rears rub so i got my fenders shaved but it still rubs on bumps with people in the back. so im thinking of getting a camber kit for now and in the future just go with smaller tires.
hahaha man cornering soo smooth. i loveit. cant wait til i get some sway bars and a strut bar(even though i think it does like minimal effects) still! haha
doubt i can go back to springs after this.
currently on max stiffness. gets a lil bumpy on the freeway but its all worth it when u see your passenger's breast shaking hahahaha ok that was immature but yeah love em!
peach you gotta gimme a ride in ur car so i can see a difference between the megan and k sports.
fawk where did you park your car?? I wanna park it there and come back with mine slammed too!
So whats the going prices for coils and springs? from ebay in canadian its about 1000 to 250, is it really worth 4x the price? I'd be interested in handling first, looks second, wait scratch that price first!
Could you post some before/after pics, curious about how many inches lower is that and rim/tire size as I'm trying to figure out the best combo for me and which to do first. Thx!
ok to sum up all your answers, i got the k sport coilovers from knittenkitten? i forgot his sn but something like that for 800 shipped to my house. brand new i believe is like 950+ not too sure. regardless, i had to get it, he had it for a couple weeks or osmething and yeah basically new. ANYHOW, i would like to go lower but i believe my 245/35/19's are too fat for my height. so until i can get some tires around the 235 or 225 profilish i will be staying at this height since im rubbing on bumps and stuff. not MAJOR but nonethless lower= problems for the time being.
and if u ask me if the CO(coilovers) are worth 4 times the price of springs, i belive it is because not only can u control the height, it is a much easier install (IMO) handling is off the hook, and just the fact that you dont need to worry about ur shocks blowing on you or stuff like that.
as far as my exhaust, they're just magnaflows, with thermal tips on them. i didnt go with huge like 4 inch tips cause i wantd to keep a conservative look. Although they do seem a lil small, it serves its justice to me. and they are not axle back or anything they're just cut off and welded on.
