Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
This is just beyond funny. You mean to say that you bought a car and didn't have an idea it might have two different engines? I bet the sales staff loved you.

Well people dont say 2GR-FE or 2AZ-FE. People usually refer it to 4 cylinder or V6. When you walk into a dealership you dont go and tell a dealer that you want a 2GR or 2AZ.
IDK why you guys have to make fun of people asking a legit question. I didnt know the engine code of the car when I bought it. I knew it was a V6, 268hp and what the car came with but I never bothered to look at every f'ing p/n on the engine or the engine code. You think a dumbass sales guy is going to know what your talking about when you ask him "How many 2008 2GR-FE Camrys do you have?" This guy is obviously a newb and has every right to ask wtf these codes mean.
Same thing goes for the new chevy trucks, people dont know the new trucks are GMT-900s. They know they are the newest body style and what not...they dont know specific manufacturer codes.

Exactly. I thought it was a legit question as well. Well, enough to merit some search engine use, or a nice post answering the question then a point in the right direction as far as using the search engine... but hey, that is just me.
