Personal Assistance

I was just wondering if anyone lived in the Volusia County to give me a hand with my HD Install once I get them in. I live in Deltona, I can trade labor for labor if you need a hand with a project yourself. I'm just not great with electrical system even if it's just a plug and play let a long take apart my front bumper as I hear is nessacery for the ballast. Thanks

I live in Lake Mary. I can help you out. Do you have picture of the kit?

Eric.

Hey man sorry I'm replying now, I'm in the middle of moving into another home. I haven't bought a set yet as I'm looking at my options, but I'm trying to get these in by next month.

Spend a little extra money on a digital kit. Plus, make sure you get a plug-n-play kit with two relay, one for each headlight.

Any suggestions? I'm leaning toward a brand that I'm not sure is very popular but has worked flawlessly for my 01' R6 which is a plug & play but that was easy for me as I'm good with my bike but I'm not sure if the car kit is the same especially with the mounting points for the ballast.

They are GoldenEye HID's

If the one on your R6 has worked for you, why change it? Mounting points for the ballast should be easy to locate.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure it would work the same way. Here is site (http://www.goldeneyehid.com/) of the set I have on the R6 and I guess I'll stick with the same dude I got them from on Ebay as he is still at 100% and well recommended in the R6 Forum I'm in which is why I went with these and am very happy. I will not be getting the 8K this time around, I'm thinking the 6K will be best, then I have to find the DIY on the squirrel thing I keep reading about.
