Gen5 Rear Deck

i've had a stereo system with high bass and im doing my best to kill all the noise and rattling in the car and outside as much as possible. but for some reason my rear deck is being very rude as well as my interior running from the roof in the back to the back window. any ideas on how to get rid of this without dynamating my trunk? also how do i get the annoying "ding ding ding" noise out of my car when my doors are open. thanks
