I just picked these puppies up from eBay, Check this out: (These are Toyota.com photos, The ones I ordered are exactly the same, but still on the way)
The good thing about the spoiler is that it does not required drilling, it uses the 3M tape. I don't wanna leave holes on the trunk. Plus it comes painted to match my color.
And I also picked these babies up too. I think it'll look good on the car.
I'm just gonna leave it black, it'll get dirty anyway.
Spoiler is NON-OEM, but Mud Guards are OEM.
They haven't arrived yet, since I just ordered it this morning, will take about a week to get here. I will post a DIY later.
My next mod will be the wheels, don't know when, I guess I'll wait until the stock tires worn out, and call it a day.

No, they will not charge you. Just make sure you get the removable ones, like the one that uses tapes instead of screws. So that you can take it off before returning the car.
Do you mind linking the seller from ebay. I want to buy, but not sure which seller from ebay has the best quality. I saw one that is primed and ready to paint for 30$ and 10$ shipping. tnx

I personally see no point in this if you are leasing a car. The amount you pay on the lease of the car is probably the same as if you were to buy/finance the car if not more.
Secondly, you lease the car and once your contract is up...what are you going to do with the parts when you return the car? You just wasted that money only to use it during your 2-4 year lease and now you cant use it anymore.
That's not my situation, like I said earlier, I'm gonna buy the car at the end of the lease.
My point of a lease is, I want to see if the car is good or not during the lease year before I buy it. It's been 1 year, and the car holds up pretty good so far, no problems at all.
On a different situation, when I was leasing my '05 Civic, during the 3-year lease, that car has so much problems, knocking, rattles, brakes noise, power door locks stop working, you name it. Dealers can't fix it. So I just returned it instead of keeping it.
As far as color matching ones, I was going to get color matching ones until you look at everyone else with them, people back into things, over things, don't bend down to clean them, ect......... bottom line they look like crap after a short while! Don't take my word for it, look at other cars driving by you.
