Issues with Horn on '02 Camry LE L4

The horn closest to the battery recently died. I was not sure if this was the high or low tone horn so I bought the low tone one. I bought an AC Delco and connected it and got no output at all. I though him that's strange. I then took off the other horn closest to the power steering fluid reservoir and connected it to the connector closest to the battery STILL no output.

I then took the NEW horn and connected it to the connector closer to the PS reservoir and STILL NO OUTPUT. So basically the old horn is working on the connector closest to the PS reservoir. The old and new horn are NOT working on the connector closest to the battery. The new horn is ALSO not working on the connector closer to the PS reservoir.

I saw that there was only one fuse under the engine bay. Do you guys have ANY idea what this might be?!? Did I purchase the wrong tone horn??? Thanks!

On my 2007, the low pitched horn is on the passenger side.

If one horn worked, you don't have a fuse/relay problem.

Connect each horn straight to the battery to find out what horns are okay.

battery + to terminal 1.

If the horns work you have a wiring problem from one horn to the other.

If you have a multimeter you can check the power and ground at the horn connectors.
