I'd rather get your trunk custom molded CSL style.

^ +1.

The SET spoiler is my favorite by far for the Gen 5-5.5.

You have to buy it from an authorized SET dealership. Basically one in the southern states. Here's where I got mine...

http://www.serratoyota.com/Parts_Staff.html

Serra Toyota in Birmingham. I spoke to Michelle Hatcher (Phone 205-838-4400) and she fixed me up. I can't remember what I paid for it. You may have to find my thread when i got it. Might have been a tad over $150. If you do get it I recommend a couple of things...

Make sure you strip all of your wax off and use the chemical prep that comes with it. It allows it to adhere to the body a little better. Just make sure you don't slather the agent on.

Get a friend to help you put it on! It's pretty hard to line it up by yourself.

Don't use the screws/screw it into the trunk. Just use the 3M tape. I believe that TRD VVTi had one snap in cold weather due to the fact it was screwed into the trunk.

Know your paint code before you call. I had planned a trip down to Birmingham so I called ahead and then paid for it when I got down there. Came in the mail in no time flat.

My car always gets double-takes from people. I had my 60,000 service done a week ago and when I went out to pick it up the service manager was waiting by it. he commented on how nice I keep mine and said it was nice to actually get into a clean car once in awhile.

Where I freelance I always park in the same place. I'm always having someone ask me who's BMW is in the end spot. I tell them to look at the front end logo.

BTW... here's what mine looked like before I added the ground effects package and the spoiler. Just a basic LE...

1) The SET spoiler wraps around the edge of the deck lid instead of just sitting on top
2) The SET spoiler appears to be a little bit taller
3) The SET spoiler comes painted the factory color
4) The SET spoiler is of factory quality
5) The SET spoiler is made specifically for the Gen 5-5.5 Camry.

As stated above. If you install the SET spoiler, don't use the screws. In temperature extremes the spoiler can crack or the screws can pull through the trunk sheet metal.

there is also the JPvizage lip spoiler, but that particular lip spoiler is a bit more expensive out of all the options. it is specifically made for the gen5/5.5 camry, but comes unpainted. in addition, it's extremely subtle- i'd say it sticks out a little less than even the ebay one you've liked us to. therefore, the "SET" spoiler, is theoretically the best bang-for-buck if you factor in the quality, paint, and fitment imo.

and i've seen the ebay/"m3-style-universal" lip spoiler on a camry before- you can see the two strips of 3M double-sided sticker (or whatever double-sided sticker they've used) easily from the side. it's a slightly tacky bit imo, although minor to most people.
