Welcome to TN.
A simple trip to the "Newbies please read before posting!" sticky at the top of the forum explains how to use the search function.
When you perform the search will come across many threads dealing with this exact topic with many great ideas for you to try. Of course, you will also have to weed through useless threads like this one started by other people who refused to use the search function like you.

If you're only going to make stupid post, don't reply.
OP, sorry never had such problem, what is the discount store saying could be the problem?
Did you have any kind of vibration before you put the new rims and tires on?
I had new tires put on at Discount Tire recently on my 2007 LE. I chose to install new SE take off 17's. I had problems from the first day. Not a good experience with the work done at DT.
Tips:
As TRD mentioned, use the search feature here you will get some very usefull info...I will sum it up..
1. Take it back to DT and make them road force ballance.(if they can)
2. Use hub centric rings if needed.
3. be prepared to have road force ballancing done at a reputable shop.
4. Take it to a dealer and have a copy of T-SB-0106-08.
The dealer will again "Road Force ballance" all tires. You may have a bad tire.
They may blame it on the rims, who knows..... If you have good rims, and tires. A good tire shop should be able to identify, and fix your vibration. (if the TSB above is not the problem)

ATTENTION:
In order to satisfy the two posters that complain constantly about not doing a "search" there will be no new topics. Every nut, bolt, panel, wire, engine component etc, according to these two, has been discussed and therefore new topics are no longer needed. You are directed to read and re-read the search section only.
To the OP the one thing that comes to mind is a bent wheel.

Reread my post instead of being stupid and posting just to comment on other people's posts.
You offered NOTHING in your reply. I offered a way for the OP to find the information that he's looking for. After all, hub-centric rings, road force variation, and a TSB for front bearing hubs have all been covered previously. This topic has been covered over and over again. Do a search yourself and you'll be overwhelmed with applicable information. None of which you offered ANY direction to.
Reread the first line of your post and practice it in the future smart guy.

Great, another newb crybaby troll that has nothing to offer but complaints and personal attacks... Just looking at your previous posts confirms just that.

Actually, it gets really old seeing the same questions getting asked over and over. Many people get tired of it and lose interest in the forum. It's beneficial for EVERYONE to do a search first. Cluttering up the forum for the people that actually do searches isn't beneficial to ANYONE.
You think that a bent wheel wouldn't show up at low speeds, and wouldn't show up after all the balancing that the OP has had performed on the vehicle since his problem occured? You think that a bent wheel would show up instead at 60-70 MPH?
Your reply is the worst one in the thread. Not only did you complain about nothing, you directed the OP to an unlikely cause. Brilliant.

Come on Guys!! lets help the OP and not get into name calling...every one of you who have engaged in this namecalling, personal bashing, and childish I know better than you crap..... You guys are bringing down the best online Toyota info site on the WEB.
When I was getting my tires at Wal-Mart, they did have a hard time balancing my tires. It always vibrate until I took it to the dealer. I think it is in the tool they use that unable to do it properly.
And about TRD VVTi, he always provide the "Teach how to fish".
I suggest having the Mod do the merge. Keep the useful info and merge it in with a thread that already go lengthy into the problem/subject. This will tidy TN and using the search will only come with useful results.

I hope that you are not defending TuRD! As I remember, he has not had very nice things to say about you.
Jaybird got jumped on right from the start. Searching is not always easy and now because SOME people have posted over 4000 times it is clogged with a lot of BS to read through.
