So, let's review:
-water on one side of car or both?
-has it rained or have you washed the car in recent days that would account for the moisture?
-do you have a sunroof?
If the water is only on the passenger side and there is no other means of water access, presume the a/c evaporator. Jack the car up and put it on jack stands or better, get to a service bay that will lift the car high enough to get under, find the tube that is attached to the drain and clean it out. Short wire, compressed air, something that won't damage the aluminum evaporator. If you can shoot some bleach up in there, then even better. There are products made to clean mold and crap out of evaporators. Google for it.
In the mean time, find a slope, hill or other angled surface to park the car. Park it so that the water will tend to run to the door sill and from there, soak it up with sponges, towels, or vacuum. You might have to remove the plastic door sill to gain access under the carpet. Get the water out and get it dry. Rust is just waiting to happen, as is mold and mildew.
The dealer will be happy to do all this for you but it might not be warrantied. It would depend upon the source of thw water and what you might or might not have done to create/mitigate the problem.
Get it dry. Leave your air conditioner off until you can sove the problem.
