Thats just a list. I dont know if they sell. Do a search on the site that might bring up sites that sells parts

You can call up any Toyota dealership that has a parts/service department. Give them the parts number and ask them how much. Majority of the time, they'll have to special order it for you. They only carry the most replaced and most important pieces.
