Replace JBL non-NAV with Hybrid NAV?

Can anyone tell me if I can replace a 2009 JBL stereo with a NAV unit from a 2009 Hybrid? Are the plugs on the back different in any way? I assume I would need to tap into the speed/reverse sensor wire and I believe I read the microphone wires need to be changed in some way. After much searching, I'm not finding any definitive. The "instructions" on oemvalue.com are sketchy at best. Any help is appreciated.

Hey there!
Been searching through the numerous nav-related threads, and wondered if you were ever able to do this? I have an '09 SE with the JBL unit, and have been really debating whether or not to replace it with a nav from oemvalue.com.

Any luck?
