Reach out to a member name Eyektur. He sells Lexus rims but give you an option to take Lexus or Toyota center caps. You can contact him through his website maybe he can sell you just the Toyota center caps.

Here are the ones I bought recently for my Lexus wheels which I put on my Camry.
These centercaps are from the GEN6 SE 17" wheels.
I had a hard time finding them on eBay as well. I actually got them online from My Auto Import Center
Send an email to parts@myautoimportcenter.com Guy named Jeff helped me out. Cost less than $20 each. PM me if you need further information.

Toyota Part #42603-06080 (Don't mind the Lexus cap in the pic, it is what I took off the original wheel)

My Lexus wheel with the Toyota centercap installed

Another option is from the 18" TRD rims for the Camry's. The centercaps fit perfectly.

That must have been posted super recently. It wasn't there when I browsed e-bay. Good deal though. My stealership wanted $35 for one.

Good to hear!
I hope it works out for ya!

Even the "Buy It Now" option blows away your stealership's price!
