Not too fond of the blue light on the license plate. I dont know how the law is in Canada, but I would be cautious. Considering its hard to see the plates...thats what the lights were intended for.
I'm loving the led in the steering wheel controls. I would love to do it but I'm afraid of messing it up.

I like the shift light mod. I also ordered the #74 bulb and will be putting it on.
Netforcer mentioned something about clipping off the wires that wrap around the base of the bulb. Did you have to do that as well?
I bought mine from autolumination since I was buying a wedge base plug for my cathode trunk mod. I think autolumination and superbrightleds have the same stuff anyways.
But no, I did not have to cut anything. I just pulled out the old one and popped in the new one. I also made sure I didnt drop it either. I think in the same thread that you were referring to, the clipping of the wire was fixed.

I gotta order another #74 for the glove box.
That's good to hear. I also bought mine from autolumination and I'm relieved that it's pretty straitforward.
Netforcer, want to take a drive to NY and help me with mine?! Dinner is on me...ahaha
Actually, I'm going to be up in CT in two weeks (week of 9/22)... if you want to drive up to Stamford (Adam's house) I wouldn't mind helping you out...

Damn it. I got work and its gfs bday that week so we got things planned.
BTW, I need LED for each button correct? I have Nav with BT. Any suggestions on where to get the LEDs from and which ones to get? (I know I can get from autolumination or superbright but thought maybe there is a better place). I was reading the DIY and someone mentioned 60mcd or something like that. Sorry, noob question.
Which #74 did you buy? I bought the one that was $2.50.
I was going to get this for the shifter..
but I didnt know how the fitment would of been. However, would this fit the glove box? I know its a #74 also but I dont know if the glove box has a tight space like the shifter does or if its like the dome lights where it has a big open area.
