How to run a wire from the headliner to the dash, with SRS airbags?
In a 2003 Camry with airbags installed in the front pillars (between the windshield and the doors), is it possible to run a wire in there? I'm quite anxious about doing anything near airbags for fear of interfering with their legitimate deployment or accidentally triggering a deployment.
Or, put another way, where's a place to install a separate microphone for a handsfree system that doesn't look like garbage? I was thinking off the sun visor or on the rear view mirror.
