5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Looking for a used 2007/2008 Camry SE. Just has to be automatic, 4 cyl. I'm not looking for a discussion on 4 cyl vs 6 cyl or stuff like that. My only option would be to have JBL but it's not a deal breaker.
Anyway for a NEW Camry SE a toyota dealership quoted me $21,800 out the door. So if that is the case how come these dealers are so STUBBORN on the price of used SE's? Going to cars.com or autotrader.com I often see prices for Camry SEs with 30k miles above the $21,800 price.
I've contacted a few and they refuse to budge on their price.
So that being said, what should I expect to pay on a 2007/2008 SE with around 30k miles with JBL, cloth interior and no sunroof?
KBB is showing $19,900 but that still seems high for a car with 30k miles. What is even more strange is that the dealership who quoted me a new one for $21,800, had a 2007 SE v6 with 38,000 miles for $26,995!

Any advice out there?
In our region $19,995 is what a 4cyl SE with 30k miles sell for.
Honestly man if what you stated is true....why would you even still be considering purchasing a USED Camry over a NEW one, you got quote a hell of deal to be honest with you, and you're wanting to save what maybe 2K at most with purchasing a used car over something new, not worth the saving to me bro.
