I think it would fit better with the 245-40-18 as its overall diameter is closer to stock (see below). Also, since your rims width is 8.5 the 245 will fit better. (unless you're going for the stretch look then 225 is better)
205-65-15= 25.49 overall diameter
225-45-18= 25.97
245-40-18= 25.72

thank, i buying some used rim, mayb the type are a wider then the 225/45/18, but i got a set of 225/45/18 incase the tire are not that great, but the seller say the tire are about 90% thread.
