yes both would fit. the 18x8 fits fine, the 18x8.5 fits fine too.
you can contact several lexus dealers in your area for "take-offs" or check your local craigslist, kijiji, or www.clublexus.com
there are a couple of members sporting staggered fitments on their cars just fine.
pricing should range maybe around 400 (low) to 800 (high) a set of four
thanks man! i love those rims! thinking of getting them for my next pair! moky told me there was a aftermarket rim that looks just like it! i want it in 19's so bad! but if not at least they are 17x8 so i can run 235 fronts and 245 rears!

yeah thought so. I believe it was 9" wide that wouldnt fit. Well some will but up to 8.5 is good. anyways yea i remember people only getting just hte front or the rear to avoid the staggered fitment.

actually, a 9" (+38) is about the widest you can go without the wheel poking out, or without you having to run stretched tires and camber to make them fit.
indomi has 20x9.5 on his rear but has crazy camber. peach used to have 19x9.5 but ran stretched and cambered. gene has 18x9.5 and a bit of camber but has a fat tire setup. there was a member here i think cdptr07 or something who ran 20x9 and 245/35/20 axis shines. epsilon runs a 20x10 with 40 offset but it sticks out a lot because he is only on trd springs and no camber.
