Thnx,I really like the look of the trunk with minimal space given up. Now I can utilize the pass thru if I have to w/o having a sub box in the way & being totally stealth for the 'prying eyes'.
Does the box have enough volume for that subwoofer? I put 10' L7 Solobaric in my wife's Pacifica in Kicker box, and that box was huge for a 10'. I called Kicker, and they said it is very important for the sub to have enough volume.

Is it sealed?
Yes it's sealed. It's .82 cf b4 displacement, alittle small for this driver(recommended 1.25cf) but I stuffed some insulation in there to trick the driver into thinking it's bigger. When I get the money I'll be upgarding to a IDQv.2 or something similar that works better in small enclosures.Overall it still sounds great to me.

verrry niice, that has to be the nicest I've ever seen
I've been wanting to do an enclosure in the same corner, how did you mould the shape that nice? Can you help, once you have the shape what is the step by step process of using a sheet of fibre glass. Luckily I can get my hands on sheets of fibre glass.

I take no credit for the enclosure, I just covered it with carpet. The enclosure was purchased from Bassforms.
okay it doesnt take a brain surgeon to realize the most important thing to Subwoofer life and DB is the box. each box will tell you exact requirements. note that this is after you mount it. so if your sub requires 1.7cubic feet in a sealed and your box is 1.7 that wont work. your sub will take away from that when you mount it. yes you have all the trunk space in the world but if your trying to get the best sound out of your sub you have to get a box. or if you can afford to buy subs everytime they blow then go ahead i know i cant.

The sub u see was purchased way prior to the present setup.I didn't know the company that made the enclosure existed, had I known I would've purchased another sub accordingly. The Infinity was in a recommended enclosure b4 this setup incase u didn't know.I understand how the proper enclosure volume is very important for the performance of the driver,so thnx for ur input.
